Yes, because ThermoX works with all makes and models of thermal imaging cameras this is ideal for the large professional contractor or in-house thermography inspection team. The major benefit of using ThermoX with multiple thermal imaging cameras or multiple employees is the consistency of your presented reports. Each and every report will have the same layout, same professional look and be easy to read and understand.

After you contact us we will forward you a demo and this will be the real working copy of your ThermoX software. It will allow you to enter up to three clients, three assets and compile reports using the software. Once you exceed this the demo will shut down and you will need to pay the subscription to continue.

The Demo will only have the ThermoX logo and information however when you pay the subscription you will then be able to enter in your company details and company logos.

This is a real working copy and all of the sections of the software function as they would if you had purchased the full copy.

Yes, you will be able to decrease the time it takes to compile reports and manage data by a minimum of 25%. ThermoX software is user friendly and after a short period you will become highly proficient and confident in your report writing. Furthermore, you will also be able to manage your inspection data, client assets, thermograms and plan your future inspections through the ThermoX software.

A comprehensive instruction manual is included with the ThermoX software and by following the step by step instructions you will be able to operate the software without any problems. We offer phone support for users of the software and onsite training is available on request.

On our pricing page we have a range of pricing options. The most cost effective option is to pay for a twelve month subscription up front however three monthly and six monthly options are available. You can cancel at any time however your program will revert back to Demo mode if you have not paid the subscription.

Three monthly – $550 per month paid in advance
Six monthly – $880 paid in advance

When you select a plan, you’ll be taken to the payment page where you enter your details. This will be your first purchase and a licence will be issued for the plan that you have selected. One month before the end of your subscription period we will contact you and advise that you are coming to the end of your plan and need to renew. Once you have paid the renewal for the next subscription period a new licence number will be issued.

Yes, you can change after your existing subscription period has expired.
